I am using NWChem for a while now, and might have things to contribute back. This might range from simple typos in the documentation to new modules. I am looking for is the proper way to actually contribute.
It is easy to find requirements ([1]), but I couldn't find information for things as simple as: where should I open a ticket or submit a patch to? I am assuming there is some kind of code review process, but I couldn't find information about that either. So I am asking here...

We do not have a system in place yet for external developers to contribute.
For now, if you send me a PM
http://www.nwchem-sw.org/index.php/Special:AWCforum/member_options/pminbox
I can check in your patches to the SVN repository.
Please send me your name and affiliation so that we can recognize your contribution
Cheers, Edo Apra
